APPLICATION OF COUPLING AGENTS IN PREPARATION OF COMPOSITE FROM THERMOTROPIC LIQUID CRYSTALLINE COPOLYESTER AND ALUMINUM NITRIDE POWDER

    Abstract
  • In this paper the coupling agents such as silicone KH-550 and titanate NDZ-101 were used in the composite prepared from thermotropic liquid crystalline copolyester (PET/60PHB) and aluminum nitride(AlN) powder. The effect of the amount of coupling agents used on tensile strength, thermal conductivity and electrical properties was studied.
