FRACTURE BEHAVIOR OF 6061Al ALLOY MATRIX COMPOSITES REINFORCED WITH SUBMICRON Al2O3 PARTICULATES

  • In the present study, the fracture behavior of Al2O3 P/6061 Al alloy composites and the relationship between fracture process and mechanical properties were studied by SEM dynamic tensile stage. The fracture process of the composites was depicted quantitatively, and the toughness of the composites was discussed.
