A REVIEW ON THE FABRICATION TECHNIQUES OF THERMOPLASTIC MATRIX COMPOSITES

In recent years many researchers are paying great attention tothermo-plastic matrix composites which have been extensively investigated in some advanced industry countries,We are especially interested in some comimercial products of high-pcrformanc matrix resins,such as PEEK,PEI,PAI,PPS and PES because the composites with those new matrix resins have a lot of desirable properties.They hava been applied in Aeronautic and astronautic fields abroad. With a decrease of the cost of carbon fibres used in composites,those materials will be sure to devote applicable proseects to automotive and civil industries.
