AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF DELAMINATION BUCKLING FAILURE IN A LAMINATE WITH A SINGLE ELLIPTIC, OR RECTANGULAR OR TRIANGULAR DISBOND

The object of this work is to study experimetally the mechanism of delamination buckling failure in a laminate with a single elliptic, or rectangular, or triangular delamination located neer one surface. Under tension or compression loading the ralationships batween delamination buckling strain ε_c and various parameters of parant Laminate and sublaminata.as well as the delamination growth direction, are investigated.
