A REVIEW OF THE RESEARCH ON FATIGUE, DAMAGE AND FRACTURE OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS AND STRUCTURES

Recently great progress of the research on fatigue,damage and fracture of composites of aircraft structures and space applications has boon made.In this paper Author triad to describe briefly some onaoing work and main concllusions in the field,which were mad in major western developed countries in the past several years,This review is divided into four parts, They are general study on fatigue,damage and fracture of composites,the fatigue and fracture behaviour of typical elements and components.demonstration tests on durability and darmage tolerance of full-scala sturctures and the other research work on fatigue,damage and fracture of composites.
