THE THICKENING OF VINYLESTER RESIN

Abstract

Vinylester resin can be thickened by diisocyanate eompounds.The factors which influence the thickening of vinylester resin were investigated. It was found from IR spectroscopy and chemical analysis that the amount of -NCO and -OH groups in the system decrease during the thickening process.
