我国磷石膏资源化处置研究现状与发展趋势

Research status and development trend of phosphogypsum resource disposal in China

  • 摘要: 磷化工生产过程中伴生的磷石膏副产物长期露天堆存,已成为阻碍磷矿资源绿色可持续开发的主要顽疾。当前,我国磷石膏综合利用面临三大突出难题:历史积存规模巨大、年新增排放量持续攀升、资源化利用率长期低迷。推动磷石膏的全组分高效转化利用,突破高附加值资源化技术瓶颈,不仅关乎“富矿精开”、“以消定产”等产业政策的落地见效,更是实现“采矿无痕”与“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标的关键突破口。本文全面梳理了磷石膏在建材石膏、硫铝酸盐水泥、水泥缓凝剂、道路工程材料、稀土元素回收、土壤改良剂及矿山充填等领域的应用研究进展与技术发展脉络,并基于新政策驱动、新工艺优化、新技术赋能和新材料研发四个维度,详述了磷石膏处置的发展趋势。最后,对该领域现存的问题和挑战予以总结。

     

    Abstract: The long-term open storage of phosphogypsum by-products associated with the phosphorus chemical production process has become a major obstacle to the green and sustainable development of phosphate rock resources. Currently, China's comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum is facing three outstanding problems: the huge scale of historical accumulation, the continuous increase of annual new emissions, and the long-term downturn of resource utilization. Promoting the efficient conversion and utilization of all components of phosphogypsum and breaking through the bottleneck of high value-added resource utilization technology is not only related to the implementation and effectiveness of industrial policies of '' exploiting rich ores with precision '' and '' determining production by elimination '', but also the key breakthrough in achieving the strategic goals of '' mining without trace '' and '' carbon peak and carbon neutrality ''. In this paper, the research progress and technological development trajectory of phosphogypsum in various fields, including building materials gypsum, sulphoaluminate cement, cement retarder, road engineering materials, rare earth element recovery, soil conditioner, and mine filling, were comprehensively reviewed. Based on the four dimensions of new policy drive, new process optimization, new technology empowerment and new material research and development, the development trend of phosphogypsum disposal was described in detail. Finally, the existing issues and challenges in this field were summarized.
