BEHAVIOR OF IMPACT TENSION IN A CAST SiCP/6061 Al COMPOSITE MATERIAL

  • 摘要: 在两种环境温度和三种冲击加载速率下, 对搅拌铸造法制备的碳化硅颗粒增强(w t 8% )6061 A l 基复合材料的冲击拉伸性能进行了试验研究。实验结果表明, 该材料的断裂应变随加载率和环境温度的升高而下降, 模量随加载率和环境温度的升高而上升。材料的应力-应变曲线呈现脆性。
    Abstract: The behavior of the cast (wt 8%) SiCP/6061 Al composite material under impact tensile loading was reported in this paper. The tests were conducted in two environmental temperatures and three loading rates. The results showed that the broken strain of the material decreased with raising the loading rate and environmental temperature. The modulus increased when the loading rate and environmental temperature increased. The stress strain curve presented a brittle character.
