短纤维橡胶复合材料临界长径比数学模型研究
STUDY ON THE MATHEMATICS MODEL OF CRITICAL ASPECT RATIO OF SHORT FIBER/RUBBER COMPOSITE

摘要: 概述了短纤维复合材料临界长径比数学模型的研究进展, 基于短纤维橡胶基复合材料的结构-应力传递特点和Cox 剪滞法推导了其临界长径比数学模式, 并由此进行了讨论。结果表明,推导的模型能够较好地适合短纤维橡胶复合材料的特性, 与以往的模型相比, 它能全面地反映结构因素对复合材料中短纤维临界长径比的影响。Abstract: The development of the mathematic model of critical aspect ratio of short fiber composites was briefly introduced. Based on the characters of structure stress of short fiber/rubber composites and Cox shear lag, a new model of critical aspect ratio used for short fiber/rubber composites has been founded and then discussed in detail. The results showed that the new model can better suit the characters of short fiber/rubber composite; compared to other models, the new model can reflect totally the relations between the structures of the short fiber composite and its critical aspect ratio.
