Interfacial construction strategies and multifunctional applications of metal-organic framework based textile composites

  • 摘要: 本文阐述了金属有机框架(MOFs)基纺织复合材料的制备方法,包括浸渍与涂覆法、热压法、表面化学改性法等,深入探讨了各项技术在增强MOFs与纺织基材界面相互作用、提升涂层机械稳定性和耐洗性方面的优势与局限性。在此基础上,全面介绍了MOFs改性纺织品在超疏水及油水分离、吸附与分离、印染等领域的应用成果,阐明了不同MOFs结构与功能特性之间的关系。尽管MOFs改性纺织品在实验室研究阶段已取得显著成效,但在大规模工业化生产、长期使用稳定性、环境相容性等方面仍面临诸多挑战。总体而言,本综述为MOFs基纺织复合材料的制备技术优化与功能应用创新提供了系统且最新的参考,同时展望了其在可持续纺织工业和环境治理领域的未来发展方向。

     

    Abstract: This paper elaborates on the preparation methods of metal-organic framework (MOFs)-based textile composites, including impregnation and coating methods, hot pressing method, and surface chemical modification method. The advantages and limitations of each technique in enhancing the interfacial interactions between MOFs and textile substrates, as well as improving the mechanical stability and washing resistance of the coatings are thoroughly discussed. On this basis, the application achievements of MOFs-modified textiles in the fields of superhydrophobicity and oil-water separation, adsorption and separation, printing and dyeing are comprehensively introduced, and the relationship between the structures and functional properties of different MOFs is clarified. Although MOFs-modified textiles have achieved remarkable results in the laboratory research stage, they still face many challenges in large-scale industrial production, long-term service stability, and environmental compatibility. Overall, this review provides a systematic and up-to-date reference for the optimization of preparation technologies and innovation of functional applications of MOFs-based textile composites, and prospects their future development directions in the sustainable textile industry and environmental governance.
