超疏水三聚氰胺海绵复合材料的制备及其油水分离性能

Preparation and oil-water separation performance of superhydrophobic melamine sponge composite materials

  • 摘要: 含油废水排放及海上溢油事故频发,传统油水分离方法存在一定局限性,因此采用吸附分离法进行油水分离。以三聚氰胺海绵为基材,通过多巴胺仿生自聚合、ZIF-8原位负载及十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HDTMS)疏水改性,制备出超疏水亲油海绵。水接触角达158.9°,对大豆油、柴油、正己烷、环己烷、甲苯、二氯甲烷、氯仿的静态吸附量分别为53.4 g/g、65.3 g/g、49.8 g/g、57.7 g/g、61.4 g/g、89.8 g/g和105.8 g/g,油水分离效率98.5%,循环使用10次后性能无显著下降。为提高结构稳定性与储油锁油能力,采用聚丙烯(PP)熔喷非织造材料对改性海绵进行包覆,并通过超声波粘合锁边,所得复合材料对大豆油饱和吸附量达55.9 g/g,保油率约85%。该材料制备工艺简便、绿色无氟,在油水分离领域与溢油治理领域具备良好应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Oily wastewater discharge and offshore oil spill accidents occur frequently, and conventional oil-water separation methods exhibit certain limitations. Therefore, the adsorption separation method is adopted for oil-water separation.A superhydrophobic and oleophilic sponge was prepared with melamine sponge as the substrate via dopamine-inspired self-polymerization, in-situ loading of ZIF-8 and hydrophobic modification with hexadecyltrimethoxysilane (HDTMS). The water contact angle reached 158.9°. The static adsorption amounts of soybean oil, diesel, n-hexane, cyclohexane, toluene, dichloromethane, and chloroform were 53.4 g/g, 65.3 g/g, 49.8 g/g, 57.7 g/g, 61.4 g/g, 89.8 g/g, and 105.8 g/g, respectively. The oil-water separation efficiency reached 98.5%, and no obvious performance degradation was observed after 10 adsorption–desorption cycles. To enhance structural stability and oil retention capacity, the modified sponge was encapsulated with polypropylene (PP) melt-blown nonwoven material and edge-sealed by ultrasonic bonding. The composite exhibited a saturated adsorption capacity of 55.9 g/g for soybean oil and an oil retention rate of approximately 85%.This material possesses a facile and fluorine-free green fabrication strategy, exhibiting promising application prospects in oil-water separation and oil spill remediation.
