功能化DMSNs修饰木质素基聚氨酯涂层及其防腐性能

Functionalized DMSNs Modified Lignin-Based Polyurethane Coatings with Enhanced Corrosion Resistance

  • 摘要: 涂层的屏蔽作用使金属材料与腐蚀性介质隔绝并形成物理屏蔽,在金属防腐蚀方面发挥着重要作用。树枝状介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子(DMSNs)凭借其三维中心径向孔道、较大比表面积、较大孔道体积等特点被广泛应用于高效功能化载体/反应平台。设计并制备了功能化DMSNs修饰的木质素基聚氨酯防腐涂层,系统研究了其在标准盐溶液腐蚀环境中的腐蚀防护性能。电化学阻抗谱测试结果表明,浸泡15天后,功能化DMSNs掺杂的木质素基聚氨酯防腐涂层其低频阻抗模值仍高达1.15×108 (Ω·cm2),表明其具有优异的屏蔽作用和防腐性能,为开发功能化DMSNs在高效聚氨酯防腐涂层中的应用提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: The protective effect of coatings isolates metal materials from corrosive media and forms a long-term physical barrier, playing a crucial role in metal corrosion protection. Dendritic mesoporous silica nanoparticles (DMSNs) are widely used as efficient functionalized carriers/reaction platforms due to their three-dimensional central radial pore structure, large specific surface area, and large pore volume. Functionalized DMSNs-modified lignin-based polyurethane corrosion-resistant coatings were designed and prepared, and their corrosion protection performance in standard salt solution corrosion environments was systematically studied. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy results showed that after 15 d of immersion, the low-frequency impedance modulus of the functionalized DMSNs-doped lignin-based polyurethane corrosion-resistant coating remained as high as 1.15×108 (Ω·cm2), indicating its excellent shielding effect and corrosion-resistant performance. This provides new insights into the application of functionalized DMSNs in efficient polyurethane corrosion-resistant coatings.
