碳硼烷改性聚酰亚胺树脂及复合材料研究进展

Research progress on carborane-modified polyimide resins and composites

  • 摘要: 聚酰亚胺(PIs)作为一类主链含酰亚胺环的高性能聚合物,在耐热性、力学强度及化学稳定性等方面表现突出,已成为多领域高端应用的关键材料。碳硼烷具有二十面体笼状结构,展现出高热稳定性、化学惰性与高硼含量等特点,为聚酰亚胺的性能增强提供了重要途径。本文综述了国内外在碳硼烷改性聚酰亚胺树脂及复合材料方面的研究进展,重点阐述关键单体及合成、碳硼烷作为功能组分的反应性共混改性与作为结构单元的化学共聚改性的基础研究,并分析了碳硼烷改性聚酰亚胺树脂及复合材料的相关应用。最后,对碳硼烷改性聚酰亚胺的未来研究重点进行了探讨。

     

    Abstract: Polyimides (PIs), as a class of high-performance polymers containing imide rings in the main chain, exhibit outstanding thermal resistance, mechanical strength, and chemical stability, positioning them as critical materials for advanced applications across multiple fields. Carboranes, characterized by their icosahedral cage structure, offer exceptional thermal stability, chemical inertness, and high boron content, providing a significant pathway for enhancing the performance of polyimides. This article reviews the research progress on carborane-modified polyimide resins and composites from both domestic and international sources. It emphasizes the design and synthesis of key monomers, reactive blending modification using carboranes as functional components, and chemical copolymerization modification incorporating carboranes as structural units, and analyzes the related applications of carborane-modified polyimide resins and composites. Finally, future research priorities for carborane-modified polyimide resins are discussed.
