纤维体积含量对C/7740复合材料性能的影响

摘要: 本文研究了纤维体积含量(Vf)与碳纤维/7740玻璃的相对密度(Ds)抗弯强度(σb)和冲击韧性(ak)之间的关系。用泥浆浸渗法制带及热压成形技术制备试样。实验结果表明:材料的Ds随Vf的增加而降低;σb和ak值开始随Vf的增加而增大,在Vf为40%左右时出现极大值,之后随Vf增加而降低。对Vf为4096样品的σb分布规律进行了分析,表明:其σb服从韦布尔分布。所获材料的最高σb为370Mpa,ak值为31KJm-2。Abstract: The paper presents a relationship between the fiber volume content,Vf and the properties such as specific density Ds,flexural strength σb,and impact toughness At of carbon fiber reinforced 7740 borosilicate glass fabricated by hot-pressing the lay-up infiltrated unitapes at the temperature of 1200℃ under the pressure of 6.7 MPa for 1 hr, in the atmosphere of N2.
