SiCw/AZ91镁基复合材料的时效行为研究

A STUDY OF AGEING BEHAVIOURS OF SiCw/AZ91 MAGNESIUM COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 本文采用显微硬度计、绝热型比热测定仪和SEM对AZ91镁合金以及SiCw/AZ91镁基复合材料进行了时效显微硬度测定、连续升温比热测定以及时效组织观察.并分析了时效温度、时效时间对析出组织的影响.结果表明:经时效处理,上述两种材料的显微硬度均有提高;复合材料的比热曲线类似镁合金的比热曲线;复合材料的时效组织只在200℃到225℃温度区间的时效过程中出现,其形貌类似于连续析出组织.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the microhardness and continuous heating specific heat of AZ91 magnesium alloy and SiCw/AZ91 Mg composite were, determined by micro-hardometer and adiabatic specific heat measurer,respectively,and the aged microstructures were observed by SEM. The effects of aging temperature and time on the precipitation structure were analyzed. The results show that the microhardnesses of both the composite and the AZ91 magnesium alloy increased after aging processes.The specific heat curves of the AZ91 magnesium alloy are similar to that of the SiCw/AZ91 Mg composite.Only when the aging temperatures are between 200℃ and 225℃,the aging microstructures of the SiCw/AZ91 Mg composite apear, and its morphology is similar to the continuous precipitation structure.
