环氧树脂预聚物分子量对其固化物性能的影响

INFLUENCE OF EPOXY RESINS OLIGOMER MOLECULAR WEIGHT ON THE PROPERTIES OF THE CURED COMPOUND

  • 摘要: 本文着重研究了环氧树脂预聚物分子量对叔胺促进剂催化的酸酐固化剂固化的环氧树脂体系固化物电气、力学和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,环氧树脂预聚物分子量对性能有显着影响,且具有规律性。
    Abstract: This paper mainly investigates the influences of epoxy resins oligomer molecular weight on the electrical,mechanical,and thermal properties of the cured compound of bisphenol-A type epoxy resins system catalysed by tertiary amine (BDMA) accelerator and cured by anhydride (MeTHPA) curing agent.The results indicated that the strong effect of epoxy resins oligomer molecular weight on the cured compound properties,and the clear regularity of this effect.
