铝基复合材料薄带中SiC分布均匀性的研究

摘要: 本文研究了用双辊铸机生产的SiCp/A356复合材料薄带中SiC的分布规律,着重分析了SiC颗粒的体积分数(3%~16%)和薄带的铸造速度(0.5~10m/min)对SiC颗粒分布均匀性的影响,结果表明,较高的SiC含量或较高的铸造速度均可抑制薄带表面贫SiC层的形成。Abstract: The twin roll casting of the SiCp/A356 aluminium matrix composite strips is investigated,with particular attention to the effects of the SiC volume fraction (3%-16%) and the casting speed (0.5-10m/min) on the SiC particulate distribution. A SiC-poor layer is found in the as-cast strips. When a higher casting speed is used,or there is a higher SiC volume fraction in the composites,the particulate-poor layer can be virtually eliminated. The results also show that the rapid solidification process of the twin roll casting can obviously refine aluminium-silicon eutectic structure and improve the SiC distribution in the matrix.
