国产PEEK为基体的复合材料成型工艺研究
THE FORMING TECHNOLOGY FOR THE COMPOSITE MATERIALS WITH NATIVE PEEK MATRIX

摘要: 本文论述了用热压法成型热塑性树脂PEEK和碳织物或玻璃织物复合材料的工艺研究,表明复合材料的质量与温度、压力和时间等条件有关。通过流变性能试验,计算表观流动活化能和在同样剪速下熔体相差40℃的粘度,考察了PEEK对温度的依存性。用超声C-扫描的结果表征工艺参数的变化,表明该方法有很好的选择性,较其他方法敏感。Abstract: The article describes the forming technology for composite materials of thermoplastic resin REEK and carbon fabric or glass fabric by hot pressing method.It is shown that the quality of composite material is related to the conditions of temperature,pressure,time,etc..Through the test of rheologic properties,the melting body which shows the fluid active energy and the viscosity of the melting body with the tempeperture of 40℃ under the same shear velocity have been calculated,and the dependentence of PEEK on the temperature is also investigated.The variation of processing parameters which is shown by the result obaained by ultrasonic C-scanning proves that this method has good selection properties and sensitivity compared with another method.
